This sporting lifestyle property is blessed with roughly ¾ of a mile of meandering Fall Creek on the ranch. Fall Creek is a tributary to the Snake River and an important spawning and rearing habitat for the native Snake River fine spotted cutthroat, the trophy fish of the region. The stream is a mix of deep pools, nice runs and undercut banks providing great spots for trout to hide. The fish average in size from 10 to 14 inches with a few 16-inch fish to reward the persistent angler. Fishing the stream is a pleasant experience on a summer day with dry flies and eager fish. It is important to note that this is indeed private fishing due to the Wyoming fishing regulations; the landowner owns the streambed and the public does not have access to the stream on the ranch.
